About Dina

Her Childhood

Dina was born and raised in Kentucky. Because her father's involvement in ministry, she literally grew up on the steps of the church. Raised by strong Godly parents, she grew to love the Lord at a young age. She had a love and passion for sports and went on to play college basketball.

While at Hope College in Holland, MI, Dina led her basketball team to an NCAA National Championship by sinking two free throws with no time left on the clock.

Her Family

After graduation she married the love of her life and began raising her family in Ludington, MI. Jeff, her husband, managed a family ice cream plant for 15 years before they both felt led to follow the call to Pastor. Upon completion of Bible School and ordinations, they launched into ministry. Dina speaks affectionately of the ten years that she served Pastoring with her husband in Michigan, who always brought perspective, wisdom and fun into it. This fall they will planted a new church in Brandenburg, Kentucky called Radiant.
She has four children. Travis and Leah are both married. Spencer is in college and Calvin attending high school. Even though ministry has been very demanding, Dina is adamant that her role as mother always take precedence. Coaching her children in sports is one of her greatest loves.

Through her parents’ divorce, sports injuries, and two diagnoses of cancer, Dina has experienced firsthand the faithfulness of God to His Word; therefore, she has a passion for people to experience the revelation of God through the power of His Word when applied to their lives.

As a college student she traveled to Ecuador, playing basketball with Athletes in Action. It was during this season of her life that her love for the mission field was birthed. Since that event she has traveled to numerous countries and witnessed the power of the Gospel at work through salvations and miracles. Her heart has landed in Ghana, where she has ministered for more than fifteen years. She continues to serve there frequently to advance the hope, love, and power of God to the Ghanaian people.

During her pastoring years, Dina spoke at various retreats and conferences both in the United States and abroad. Since transitioning out of pastoring and relocating to Kentucky, she continues with a variety of speaking engagements.

What We Believe

  • Scriptures

We believe the Bible is divinely inspired by God, and is God's revelation of Himself to man. We believe that in it are the principles by which we are to live, and the measure for our faith and doctrine.

  • Trinity

We believe in one true God who exists eternally in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We also believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God who was sent to this earth to redeem humanity from sin. He was crucified, buried, resurrected, ascended to heaven, and is coming again.

  • Salvation

We believe that salvation involves the redemption and transformation of the total man, and is available freely to all who believe in Jesus Christ. There is no salvation apart from personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord.

  • Baptism

We believe that water baptism is a symbol of the believer’s death to the power and bondage of sin and subsequent resurrection to newness of life in Jesus Christ.

  • Communion

We believe that in the taking of Communion, we remember incomparable the love of God that was extended towards us in Christ’s death, burial and resurrection.

  • Kingdom

We believe in the sovereign rule, reign and authority of God in the life of believers. We believe that the Kingdom of God is within us and is manifested on earth as we faithfully obey Christ and His teachings.
